The clock is ticking…
 
PROBLEM: Many people are stuck. Stuck in personal and/or professional ruts. Stuck in destructive cycles of self-delusion and self-defeating behaviors. Stuck in their fears, insecurities, limiting beliefs, and addictions. Addictions that can include any combination of vices, devices, or distractions that keep people stifled; stagnant; limited; down, and out… For many people, there exists a distinct despair, even a hopelessness at times, that looms quietly just underneath a seemingly happy facade. For many, this struggle is invisible to others around them; oftentimes, even those closest to them. And what’s worse, people don’t know how, nor have the tools to get out of it.

SOLUTION: talk(ing) shiFt™ about principles of Communichology™ (the intersection where Communication and Psychology collide) to affect positive changes resulting in personal and professional growth.
 
METHOD: Teaching Lifestyle Initiative Training techniques and strategies to help people 1) better understand WHY they’re stuck in the first place, and then 2) to face their fears head-on with tools to overcome and rise above that which ails them. Attacking these challenges from the intersection where human communications and psychology collide is the only way for true and lasting personal growth to occur. By better understanding how our 1) thought processes, 2) our communications with ourselves and others, and then 3) our resulting behaviors interact to produce our patterned outcomes, do we finally have the best opportunity to make the necessary lifestyle changes (changes in both our thinking and behaving) to realize and enjoy improved results personally and professionally ongoing.
Choosing to avoid, deny, rationalize, or runaway from our challenges chains us to them indefinitely. Only when we have the courage to face our fears, and resolve to change those things about us that are holding us back, do we have a chance at an improved, happier, and more fulfilling life. – Tom Leu
