working out
I think, for a lot of us, working out or exercising and embarking on "spiritual" pursuits are procrastinated similarly. It usually goes something like this: 1) you know you ought to, 2) you realize it's good for you, 3) you often don't feel like it, 4) but when you do, you're always glad that you did.

I think this applies to my personal development process as well. Sometimes I get to the point where I feel like, “Agh, I just can’t THINK anymore!” It’s exhausting. But a good, accomplished kind of exhausting- like after a strenuous workout. Personal Development: It’s like a stairmaster, for your brain.
