Honest self-appraisal is the beginning of genuine progress and success.
If you can’t tell yourself the truth, and make legitimate strides to improve where necessary, you’ll never be fully believable to anyone else.
Without this authenticity and sincerity, success will elude you.
Own your shit, or your shit will own you.
